For a design school project, I chose to enhance my Illustrator skills and acquire proficiency in After Effects. Beginning with an isometric wireframe on a 30º projection in Illustrator, I showcased my ability to craft a vibrant miniature city entirely from scratch, illustrating a fusion of design and motion graphics.
To begin building this city from the ground up, I simplified the task. I constructed each building individually on a 30º axonometric projection, drawing inspiration from skyline images of major metropolitan cities.
As a platform for the buildings, I crafted a mobile interface, embellishing it with miniature trees and a city block.
I then started adding fills to the wireframes.
Transferring each filled wireframe layer into Adobe After Effects, I meticulously arranged the city to my specifications.
Subsequently, I implemented scale transformations, orchestrating a captivating illusion of the city 'bouncing' into vibrancy as the mobile interface seamlessly panned across the screen.
